How long will it take to receive my cards?
We require 2-4 full business days to print most orders. Regular foil stamped (if available) orders may take up to 2 additional days. You have the option of overnight, 2 day, 3 day or UPS ground shipping. Please also factor the time it takes UPS to ship your order after we print it.

How do I request sample cards?
You must first select an item and enter the personalization page; you will see a link for sample requests there.

Our samples are intended to demonstrate the quality of our cards and are not intended to be a free, usable product.
Samples DO NOT INCLUDE ENVELOPES, and are stamped with "SAMPLE" inside.


Are there quantity discounts?
Yes, please view that information here.

Can I get a catalog?
We can send you samples of cards that you are interested in, but we don't offer a printed catalog. We are able to offer you a better card at a better price by keeping this expense down.

I am worried about using my credit card online. Is it safe?
Absolutely. Our site uses 128 bit SSL encryption to process your credit card. That means that when you enter your information it is scrambled and that only our server and your computer know how to interpret the information. You will notice the "Secure Lock" icon will appear in your browser once you reach the credit card information page.

Can I pay by check?
Yes, as you proceed through the order process you will be presented with the option to pay by check or credit card. Follow the instructions once you have selected a payment method. Please note we will not process your order until payment is received.
